Huh...

Strange things afoot at WOTC it seems. Joseph Bloch at Greyhawk Grognard scooped this today:

That’s a LinkedIn advertisement from WOTC. I looked, and apparently it’s been filled so that dashes my dreams I guess.

However, I did find two other interesting job posts:

Game Design Manager, and:

Game Editor. Now, I’m no expert on publishing management, but these coupled with a new Publishing Lead smells like a totally different team developing something big.

You know, like I said a couple of weeks ago?

Joe Bloch is experienced in this field, and he thinks the advert for a new Publishing Lead means WOTC will be outsourcing all the design work for… what ever is coming. I don’t think he saw the other two job adverts… and the other two require the applicant to be in the Renton offices at least three days a week.
